There is a lot of Breast cancer now in places where it once was rare.

Factors that seem to be causing this are mostly related to the spread of Western influence across the third world.

Many factors are covered in this comprehensive article ,standouts to me were;

A fatty diet is a western bad habit that is getting around to places that used to have either food scarcity or a customary diet that is low fat.

Better educated women tend to bear fewer children , Childbearing and breast feeding seem to promote breast health and for the multi para mother the protection might be significant. Western influence brings education and access to birth controll.

Women are living longer in the third world , surviving childbirth more often and receiving medical care more often , learning modern notions of hygiene and starvation is less common than it used to be. Consequent to this more women live into their middle age , the demographic in which Breast cancer is prone to make a statistical showing.

It can be concluded that getting educated , eating well and living longer is causing an increase in Breast cancer in the third world in a pattern that mimics its rise from rarity in the west.

Therefore it is fair to say that Western Civilization is causeing  more women to die of
Breast cancer.
