Post by: BT on October 07, 2006, 07:27:31 PM: CONNECTICUT - Sen. Joseph Lieberman, running as an independent, has a 53 percent to 33 percent lead on Democratic anti-war challenger Ned Lamont. Lieberman, a three-term Democratic incumbent, lost the party primary in August after Lamont attacked his support for the Iraq war.

What is surprising is that the netroots darling , Deep Pockets Ned, has so little support. Guess the voters figured out that a one dimensional trust fund babe like Lamont wasn't exactly a poster child for the self proclaimed party of the working class people.
