And low & behold.....occurred in yet another designated "gun free zone".  Those gun free zones are sure turning out to be real "safe"

Wouldn't it be nicer it this guy could not have acquired a gun?

The more guns there are, the more people will be shot.

This sort of crap does not occur much, if ever in countries with sane gun laws.

The more guns there are, the more people will be shot.

Having a gun does not mean that all possible shooters will be deterred. A gun in a holster or a drawer protects no one. One of those shot was a cop, and he was armed.

I have a slight edit....

It looks like part of the law making military installations "Gun Free Zones" may have started under Bush 1,
but came into effect under Clinton.....I am still trying to get clarification....but regardless if it was both of
them then they are both idiots on this.....and today is a different world of threats and this Gun Free Zone
on military installations crap should be changed immediately....those Marines yesterday were sitting ducks!

And once again, no one has claimed that oh master of ignorance & deflection.  However, a "gun in the holster or a drawer" ABSOLUTELY provides an added level of protection, that wouldn't have otherwise been there, for anyone that has access to it.  And you do realize police officers are shot at all across the world, right.  Point being, that they at least they have the opportunity protect themselves, if they can see the threat before it happens.  Why the hell would you deny that to everyone else that doesn't carry a badge??

Where guns are imported from other places.

It does  NOT happen in Hawaii, where they are not easily imported.

More guns will always result in more people getting shot.
