- People should drink at least eight glasses of water a day
- We use only 10% of our brains
- Hair and fingernails continue to grow after death
- Shaving hair causes it to grow back faster, darker, or coarser
- Reading in dim light ruins your eyesight
- Eating turkey makes people especially drowsy
- Mobile phones create considerable electromagnetic interference in hospitals.
Apparently all untrue. I knew that about the first three on the list, but not the other four.

about the water
all I know is I usually feel better when i drink alot of water.
but after the 3rd glass I need to drink something else or get the chills
I was told too much water will messup electrolytes.
but 1 glass a day is a not good at all.
I average 5 or 6 and it seems to be ok.
water tip until proven false
your dehydrated if your urine is dark
when it lightens then you had enough water
