Everyone has the possibility of time off for good behavior

Not true!

because good behavior is in the interest of everyone.

No it's not and thats why some jurisdictions have abolished "good time" for all prisoners and why some prisoners will not be eligible for "good time," due to the nature of their offenses.

Other than life without the possibility of parole, I do not believe this is even slightly true. I think you need to prove this. Especially a case where someone on leave for disability convicted of fraud did not get time off for good behavior. I say you won't and can't.

As a rule, time off for good behavior is included in the consideration of the judge when he makes the sentence.

This is a case of fraud, not theft.

You would make a very, very crappy judge.

Fortunately, someone better qualified will decide this case.

George Carlin seems to have been right about all you anti-choice Christians. You are bogus Christians and woman haters.
