Does a conviction or two imnprove investor confidence ?

Does cleaning out a fraud or two improve market forces efficency?

maybe no, the factors that people use to invest really isn`t influenced by fraud conviction.

possible since now money loss in thoery is less.

you gotta admire  how huge fraud is in the market, but no be surprised it happened.I keep thinking of the quote "everybody does it" and look at the end result of that
