Effective strategy. How do we know? It has been done before and was successful.

Finding them is one thing, however, addressing their issues to "convert" them is altogether something else.

Pumping money at them might help, but will it be enough?

However, I am beginning to doubt whether this strategy will be needed. I am afraid the anti-war sentment is so strong, this coming election will be a blood bath for the Republicans. I am sure Bush's handlers are telling him this. Why isn't he addressing this effect?

Perhaps the huge dollars being spent by the GOP will make a difference. We'll see.

The effort is scientific .

Computer power can find you and tell the GOTV effort what your saistical probability is to vote as desired , if you are in the Demographic that is strongly leaning or the demographic that seems to be persuadeable you will be sought out with the appropriate effort.

Is this science uniteing the nation , or engraveing our schisms deeper?

But, how do we measure jsut how effective it really is? And, is it more effective re: specific demographic groups, areas, faiths, views, etc?
