It's not a concession. It McCain or Palin "win" a debate, that would prove much, either. McCain will not bring any sort of energy policy except "drill baby drill" or healthcare, and is more likely to monger wars, such up to the megarich and the lobbyists and appoint ratwing dolts to the Court. Those are the issues, not name-calling or abstinence or stuff like that.
