I`m gone tomorrow.

I`m gonna eat unhealthy and feel real bad sunday

but only eat till I`m alittle stuff, I got limits.
 I hate being super stuff

A Merry Christmas to all!

My doctor told me this: "when you put food on your plate, ask yourself: do I really want to eat this much? And after you have decided that you do, eat it slowly and wait 15 minutes for eating any more. And don't eat anything after 8 PM."

I lost 36 pounds doing this.

Very clever, but it ran REALLY SLOW for me.
