I saw this in Paris, or something very much like it. This is the sculpture of a man who claimed he could walk through walls.
Paris has dozens of these empty corners that have been turned into mini-parks. I think that this one had a large ventilation for the Metro or something underground, where there was a lot of steamy hot air emerging and a couple of benches. It was a welcome place to rest, as it was really cold that day.
Paris is the most interesting city to stroll through that I have even seen.
