  Ok Mr. President , I get that you want a diffrent plan, but the Congress is not being any more childish than you are.

   Unless the previous executive had a last name starting with the letter B, or if you have the situation of a last name beginning with the letter O , then  you can step out from under responsibility whenever the day of the week rymes with "may".
