That's a sad picture.  I feel sorry for her.  You're basically looking at someone who put material success ahead of every ethical and humane instinct she ever had.  The desperation really shows through, regardless.  I see a very sick and unhappy woman, not really a snake.

Yeah and certainly anorexic as well. I know she makes me puke. She must make herself do it.
