I'm probably a bit more intrigued with the statements that they need to be consistent with "existing shotgun inventory" and compatible with their "armor and combat training program".

Didn't realize that the Dept of Education had a "combat training program" and that it included armor.

My school didn't offer shooting skeet for P.E. , I might have liked that.
