Title: Rationing Health Care

we all know that if this health care rubbish goes through that certain care will be rationed. What makes no sense to me is if health care is a right for all then how will they be able to get away with rationing it? Maybe one of the supporters of this might enlighten me.

Does this mean I have a right to demand that you support that life?

how about I support you and you support me? That doesn't make sense, why don't you support the life you want to live and I'll support the life I would like to live?

We have a right to make a contract I suppose , but how much can I demand of you by right?
