I`ve found at least 2 phones and I just randomly called whatever number is on it and informed whoever to tell the owner call me on this phone to arrainge a pickup.

I wonder why that can`t be done.

I`ve also dropped it off at whatever dealership the phone belongs to.

it can`t be that hard to find a AT & T store

I doubt that phone uses a different plan, it is an apple.
