it cost more because I never hear the word "parent friendly"
meaning if a family is trying to save money on the cheapest cell plan per month than they may get a very costly phone charge because they`re 8 year old likes playing with the phone and run up a text & internet bill
lets just say alot of phone locking functions are really easy for kids to bypass .
my phone doesn`t have a internet disable function. I don`t know if any phone has any

hope they make a itouch version of it someday.
I wonder why nobody is making that?
I have a hard time finding refurbs of the itouch so their is a demand for them.

You mean a version of android for the iPhone / iTouch? There is one out there somewhere.

It seems to me that cellphone "plans" are among the most deceptively advertised things anyone can buy.
Tmobile (I think it is) advertised "$45 per month, period." But the actual cost is over $60. The taxes and fees and other bullcrap are outside the period. The people behind the counter are entirely unaware of the crap that their company advertises. Several of the "plans" advertised locally have these fast talking voices that no human could ever understand that used to only be heard on car ads for the cheaper models leased to gullible peasants.
The one constant is that ATT will always be the most expensive. And NOT the best service, for sure. mentioning dropped calls to them brings no results. Apparently, according to the terms of the contract, all one's calls could be dropped and they would still be able to repossess your firstborn.
