If you click on this, you will be subjected to a huge amount of crap and will never learn what the "weird old tip" actually is. I will admit, I gave up before the absolute end, but it was never in sight.
Naturally, they are selling something. But the spiel is 10 times worse than the worst informercial you have ever seen.

Old Man, cut back your portions, limit gluten's, sweets, and dairy. Exercise more often, take fish oil daily and stop being a liberal and your fat gut will retreat and you will feel better about yourself and your attitude will quickly turn positive.

I was not looking for a way to get rid of a fat stomach. I question anyone who says they have a simple answer to anything more complicated than taking a rock out of one's shoe.
I was curious after seeing the same damned ad about a hundred times.
I take both fish oil and flaxseed oil every day.
Politics are unrelated to being fat. Have you seen a photo of the CEO of ExxonMobil?
Huckabee weighed over 300, but he was just as much a Jesus freak after he lost weight as before.

cutting portions will do it fairly quick at the beggining, but don`t befooled by the extra energy you feel. it just the strength to weight factor kicking in. people losing weeight gotta be very carefull doing exercises . knees and joints don`t respond to workouts that well. the no pain no gain thing is not for the middle age and above.

it's a bit of a science but moderation is best with dieting and exercise. When it comes to exercise, especially if you have never done much of it I recommend a good trainer to teach you proper technique so you don't get hurt. The worst thing you can do is wake up one morning and say I gotta get fit and join 24 Hour Fitness.

And get your thyroid checked. If it's out of whack, NO amount of calorie reduction / exercise increase will cause you to lose weight.
Turns out I had hypothyroidism. Once I got on the hormone replacement, without changing my diet or increasing my exercise, I lost 40 pounds in the last two weeks. And it's just continuing to drop off (slowed a bit, but still losing a few pounds daily).

while your at it have your hormone levels checked and do a saliva test for stress. Stress is a KILLER!
