The journal Science is prestigious and authoritative , now they plan to screen every tenth article for vericity in order to maintain their trust in the public and scientific community.

I think it is very hard to find editors qualified to parce the cutting edge of science , you would need to be pretty near the same qualifacation as the writer who is writeing about very recent discoverys.
