The other thing you could do is click on the second "3DHS" above the post (the one with just under "General Category") - it will take you directly to the screen with the "New Topic" button.

Thanks, Ami.  Those little buttons are tiny. I made the font larger but I need an arrow pointing HOME or something.    I'll try to remember.
