You are watching CNN.
You think that Mr. Zimmerman shot at someone.
If you were watching Fox you would think that Mr. Zimmerman was shot at.

This is yet another stupid  road rage thing. There is something wrong with Zimmy. Perhaps the guy who shot at him as well.
Neither of them should be armed.

Until he's convicted of a crime, or diagnosed with a psychological disorder, "Zimmy" has every right to be armed

There is a shooting, and you blame the shot?

Where was this attitude when Mr. Zimmerman was the shooter?

I blame both of these assholes for continuing some stupid road rage crap and firing potshots at one another and endangering anyone within range.
These are the types of hothead assholes who should have their guns and permits revoked permanently.

Until he's committed a crime or diagnosed with a mental disorder, his rights trump your rant, every time

There is something wrong with Zimmy.

I think you may be right.
The guy appears to be a magnet for trouble.
He should be careful.
I doubt jail would be kind to him.
I have a hunch his story will not have a Fairy Tale ending.

The only real issue that's going to come from this event is the likely attempt to portray Zimmerman as the posterchild for CCW holders, when in reality, he's about as much of anomaly as one could get, as it pertains to CCW carriers

The point is that this dork should have his rights to strut about armed jerked long ago.
He should NOT HAVE any rights to carry a gun.

Getting into over a fight over road rage is just plain stupid.

Getting into a second fight with the same person is doubly so.

I do not think that Zimmy will die of natural causes.  Like OJ, Karma has it in for him.

Sorry, his constitutional rights continue to trump your anti-gun rant, where anyone that dares to even want to carry a gun, or owns more than 2, is considered to be some gun nut whacko

It seems fated that at any moment, Zimmy could go postal and get involved in yet another stupid fight that he could have avoided. Maybe he will get killed rather than killing someone.

I don't think this fool is destined to die of natural causes.

Your non-psychological degreed opinion, is duly noted,......and is still trumped by his Constitutional rights

He will die with a bullet in his gullet and full constitutional rights.

You could pick a better clown to champion. Zimmy is a moron

Nice to see more evidence of that liberal tolerance and compassion for their fellow human being.  So, in your reality, the choice is life without constitutional rights or die with them??  I'm going with the latter, myself.  Many a soldier sacraficed their lives precisely for those rights

You could pick a better clown to champion. Zimmy is a moron

I guess you would know

What indicates that Mr. Zimmerman shares any blame at all for this incident?

At least four times in the last two years he has been accused of something seriously bad by people who later recanted rather than go to court.

In this case I expect the guy that attacked him to be jailed. I doubt that he really needed to shoot at him through his closed window.
That seems like a cock and bull story.

Remember this whole thing started with a news organization making a completely false charge and editing a tape to make it seem true.

I don't know that Mr. Zimmerman is perfect , but I know that accusation and guilt are not the same thing.

Here are the 8 Words the Man who Shot at
George Zimmerman Said Seconds After the Incident

Michael Cantrell

May 13, 2015

A few days ago, George Zimmerman, the man acquitted in the death of Trayvon Martin, found himself back in the spotlight after getting shot at in Florida.

Matthew Apperson told police he shot at Zimmerman because he thought he had a gun, and according to witnesses, the man seemed "visibly shaken," and very distraught.

In fact, Apperson was so out of his mind he apparently yelled these eight words to bystander Ken Cornell.

From IJReview:

"Please call 911. I just shot George Zimmerman."

Cornell did not witness the incident or see Zimmerman, but said that Apperson admitted to shooting him because he saw a gun.

He also said that Appersons':

"Eyes seemed very shaken, his head was shaken. You could tell there was a problem going on between the two of them."

Zimmerman's attorney, Don West, told ABC News that his client was driving into a retail center in Lake Mary, Fla,. when a car came up behind him, flashing its lights and honking. When Zimmerman tried to leave, the other driver pulled up beside him and fired a shot through the passenger side window of Zimmerman?s truck.

According to West, Zimmerman was grazed by the bullet and was briefly hospitalized. West acknowledged that Zimmerman had a gun in his possession, but said he didn?t brandish it and was carrying it legally.

If Zimmerman's story proves true, then it appears Apperson is a few french fries short of a full Happy Meal, and probably needs mental help of some kind.

Of course, the two men do know each other and aren't on the best of terms after a road rage incident last September, so that could have played a significant role in the situation.

Hopefully all of the facts will come to the surface, and we'll know what really happened that day and why.
