Up to now, I had never heard of David Brock.

Quoting The Daily Caller is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

David Brock will not be a part of the Clinton administration, so I fail to see how this is important.
It is right up there with Pepe the Frog in importance.

    He has not always been hers , he used to be someone else's hatchet man.
