Title: any swimmers out there?

I used to be a serious swimmer decades ago
I now only swims every 4 months or so
i just found out i totally forgot how to do a flip turn.
I everybody I know near me are not good enough swimmers to know what that is.
I have no idea were on the net to relearn this.
can anybody help
I know I can pick it up I can get the gist of it.
I had no idea a flipturn was kinda advance
none of my friends has ever done it
I just spoke with a secretary
she forgot also

I see the problem ,my timing is completely off
I need massive practive to make sure I down splat my feet
I googled this and didn`t find this
it looks like I also need to work on my kickoff
I very much doubt I`ll be able to straighten myself after the kickoff
I got alot of work to do.

weird huh
when I did it last night
I got stuff about coin tossing and stuff
maybe i used the wrong term or something
thats the problem with the internet if I get the phrase slightly off
I`ll get sumtin else
