Exploited is a exception since the freeloader charge is used for the bulk of the reason illegals should not be here and that definately weight in the enforcement of laws.

I would double the existing legal limit and cut out all those who came illegaly with a case by case exceptions. To me america has always benefit from immigration legal or not. Demand has driven people here not just problems from all over the world. I wouldn't set a limit until businesses itself don't want immigrants. Judging by the high demand to increase the number h-1B visa it'll be a long while.

Illegals is serious concern for me due the lack of information people have about them . A significant number of them are exploited involuntarily and people here makes excuses not deal with them. California has the largest human trafficking problem in the country. Deportation will not solve it. Remember this require demand to exist.

not really sure it`s not founded in anything legal or constitutional. precedents can be used as examples it should be not implemented. my concern is which is more harmful for the country the ban or not to ban.  Yes we are at war but this a global situation and will this action have repercussions. it`s seems everything is connection to some past actions. I`m not saying we shouldn`t ban refugee but at the very least if they die from this we may get repercussions. so far previous bans seem to have no notable impacts but we live in a more public world.

Note the asians that comes here are not the best and brightest but simply people who work very hard and can focus. Judging by the test scores that seems more than enough for an examption

The illegals I'm talking are so obviously talented a test is not even needed. Also the example you cited is how I got the idea but just couldn't put it to words yet.  Thank you

But do people in Texas find those prices reasonable.?

I do not say you do not treat your employees well or that it helps retain them. But you can't say your fellow businessmen does the same. What you offer is not exactly common. Walmart is famous for not doing it and now actually having a hard time convince to bother applying. The real problem today is job reputation. A lot if People today think  all minimum wage jobs are beneath them to such a degree it's not a job but a hobby for Pocket change wages.not even considered difficult.  Example people think cashier is a useless job to be replaced by computers. Which is going to happen

not at all
the significant reason wages are down is employers do not want to pay more. in this forum we have people who does not want minimum wages to go up and not once has immigration legal or otherwise has been brought up. illegals is just a very public easy target. I`m not saying low wage workers is not a factor but it`s not a primary factor.

note I`ll add another factor that is not about wages is housing which nationwide is too high. all the other expenses is abit tough but housing is simply out of control.

I`ll bet the native residence of texas are not saying housing is affordable anymore.

With trump as president businesses will get alot of breaks and normally those resources will be used on the businesses and very little on increasing labor. Of course we will see a notable increase in propsperity at the start but if this does not maintain later on I see some serious backlash. Tensions has been growing for over a decade and businesses not the president will be the focus. Minimum wage just the proof how bad businesses do not understand where they stand. I'm just stating something from a ted talk which a billionaire whose talent is market trend states if you don't address peoples needs pitchforks are coming.

I personally believe the pitchforks scenerio was how trump became president but he better stepup or he'll be the 1st on the wall

The birthers are like the liberals todays thier actions only have to reverse effect and refuse to believe it. Notice how trump ended that topic it simply had no benefit

those gains has no bearing due to the timing . it totally does not means trump earned anything but if those numbers continue in two quarters then he has true bragging rights. those gains are caused by having him in office but it`s from confidence not actual money being made. we will see if I`m wrong that a capitalist is bad for capitalism

That works in general terms but as time goes on some of those illegals will stand out and will still question the concept of no exceptions.

I'll add excluding illegal chinese students from a college does not sound like a good thing for america. A blanket deportation means we also kickout the best and brightest. This is not even hypothetical but two such cases actually happened.
