Hello all. I've been busy with work and really haven't had time to post. I have a question about Ted Cruz. I was very impressed with his dismantling of Chuck Hagel yesterday at the confirmation hearing for SecDef. Cruz was born in Canada as far as I know. Is he eligible to run for president?

Obama told his followers to vote for revenge. Look how angry Obama is in this video. Having revenge is a big reversal from hope and change. It is also a huge change from his no red America, no Blue America speech. The man has fallen fast.

Obama has proposed adding a department of business in the unfortunate event that he manages to win reelection. Maybe XO thinks this is a great idea, but I don't know anybody else who thinks adding another layer of bureaucracy is a great or smart idea. This will not create millions of jobs. Besides, we already have a secretary of commerce, and that position has been sitting empty for the past 4 months.

Rasmussen has Romney up 2 in Ohio. Gov. Kasich has said Romney is going to carry the state. Here's a good, solid ad to close the deal and bring this baby home.

This is a flip from 2008. They endorsed Obama last time, and every Democrat as far back as I can remember.  This paper includes Democrat stong holds of Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Is it safe to say yet that Florida is going to go for Romney?

I just found out about this and it is like a body blow. He gave expert analysis on HBO boxing and really was the go to guy for an explanation of any controversy or arcane rule and was always there for the big fights. He was a real class act and a helluva trainer.

According to the latest American Research Group poll.

Florida is solid for Newt.  There are three polls out now showing Newt with 47 to 50% support in Florida.

I like the idea (my own) of a Newt/Kasich ticket. But if Kasich can't do it due to obligations to Ohio, who else on the GOP side could run with Newt that would reinforce the good economy of the 90's?

Carrie Fisher Book: Ted Kennedy Asked Me Sex Questions During Date With Chris Dodd

Carrie Fisher, of Star Wars' Princess Leia fame, went on a date with then-Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd in 1985, she writes in her new book, "Shockaholic." Dodd invited the late Sen. Ted Kennedy to join them, and things got weird -- quickly.

"Suddenly, Senator Kennedy, seated directly across from me, looked at me with his alert, aristocratic eyes and asked me a most surprising question. 'So,' he said, clearly amused, 'do you think you'll be having sex with Chris at the end of your date?'" Fisher writes.

Dodd appeared embarrassed.

"Chris Dodd looked at me with an unusual grin hanging on his very flushed face," Fisher writes, before detailing her response. "'Funnily enough, I won't be having sex with Chris tonight,' I said, my face composed and calm. 'No, that probably won't happen.' People blinked. 'Thanks for asking, though.'"

But Kennedy wasn't done yet.

"'Would you have sex with Chris in a hot tub?' Senator Kennedy asked me, perhaps as a way to say good night?"

"'I'm no good in water,' I told him."
