in that mountain of e-mails that the Clinton crew attempted to delete/destroy in the face of a congressional subpoena, is a discovered e-mail where Cheryl Mills (Clinton's personal friend/attorney), immediately informs John Podesta (Clinton's #1 campaign manager) the need to delete the thousands of e-mails presently on the unsecured unlawful private server.
One of these 2 is going to need to fall on Clinton's sword, otherwise this smoking gun will prevent from from doing anything.....even if elected. Her entire "Presidency" will be impacted by a sitting President, guilty of Federal obstruction

What e-mails you say?? The ones deleted right before a congressional investigation into 911......right?
You see, that's why Clinton's active effort to not just delete all her e-mails, but go the extra effort in trying to scrub the servers, is such a corrputing issue. Let's look at the roles reversed, and then folks like xo can claim how the e-mails are no big deal.
Colin Powell is running for President. An investigation into 911 faciltiates a subpoena for all his e-mailings while SoS. Colin insists on providing everything HE deems appropriate to turn over. And then we find out, right after the subpoena, he and his staff actively deleted thousands of e-mails. And to top it off, let's say Bush's FBI director, Robert Mueller sends some agents to "talk" to Powell, not write down any transcript of the "talk", and even allow one of his aides, also being investigated, but happens to be an attorney, to be present as well. And at the end of the day, the FBI decides that Powell didn't intend anything nefarious, although what he did was severely frowned upon, and Bush's AG, Alberto Gonzalez, following an earlier "spontaneous" meet with former President George HW Bush, on the tarmack of an airport in Texas, decides there's no need to look at this any longer
(Of course, this wouldn't have been the case, since ALL of Powell's direct work while SoS, were conducted on a secured Government server, so Congress DID have all those e-mailings)
But if Powell had done everything as SoS, on a private server, preventing any congressional oversight, xo would be perfectly ok with all that. Hysterical thought isn't it. Not only would xo be yelling for Powell to be brought up on charges for detstroying evidence, in the face of a Federal investigation, he'd be proclaiming how this was proof positive that Bush lied about WMD's, and be demanding he be impeached before leaving office
And here's the kicker, I'd be demanding Powell's indictment as well

Not 1 question on the Clinton Foundation, but several minutes exercised on both the non-existent Birther issue & Trump's tax returns, that neither of which he answered very well

Not only will there be no "time-outs" or commercial breaks for any potential coughing fits, she's been denied a foot stool, so her 5'4" size could better frame up with the 6'2" Trump. Oh, and no 2x4's to keep her upright, in the event of another "exhaustion" episode

We had to pass it to see what was in it, we were told, with the sincerest pledges that it would bring down healthcare costs, shrink the deficit, and those who wanted to keep their insurance and/or their physician absolutely could. No ifs, ands, or buts
After its 100% partisan passage, how well has it been for 'the country", as its biggest cheerleader is about to leave office (read, NOT just for those who now have coverage, but didn't before, since that could have been addressed with about 3 pages of legislation vs the 2000+ page monstrosity we got instead. Let's take a totality tally, shall we;
- Much higher rates,
- ballooning out-of-pocket costs,
- more federal debt accrual,
- decreased options for consumers,
- more uncompensated care,
- constricting networks,
- major insurers pulling the plug,
- imploding co-ops,
- collapsing marketplaces,
and
- enduring unpopularity, as more Americans are directly harmed than helped by the $2 trillion law that was marketed with no downsides for anyone.
But yea, a few more people are covered, so I guess there's that

Let's look at the e-mail timeline. It's fascinating to see such high level corruption, that isn't on TV
Clinton sets up a provate server, completely contrary to the rules and laws public officials are to adhere to, and NOT with the permission of any agency. She simply decreed she'd do it (and we pretty much all know why at this point)
She had not 1, not 2, not 3, but EIGHTEEN devices she ued in some form to access and manage her private server (vs her claim on the record of only setting up the server to have the convenience of ONE device)
She continued to use this unathorized, unsecure, and usafe server, at the cost of compromising our national security, until a Washington Times report uncovered the existance of this server. And at this time, not only are all her e-mailings legally under subpoena to turn over to Congress, she went on record as claiming her complete cooperation in turning over every one of her "work related" e-mailings

But what did she do instead of abiding by the law?......her and her team immediately went into full deletion mode, using advanced programing to not just delete, but make it appear that there hadn't been such a scrubbing. THOUSANDS of WORK RELATED e-mailings she claimed had been turned over, discovered as having been deleted, right after the report of the server broke
and
ALL those devices being physically destroyed, including with the use of hammers. You just can't make this stuff up.

So, I hear that the FBI is about to unvel still MORE emails that Clinton insisted she turned over......that she turned over ALL business related emails, as SoS, and only deleted those personal yoga & wedding emails

Mehta Tuesday that an undetermined number of the emails among the 30 were not included in the 55,000 pages previously provided by Clinton to the State Department. The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.
