This isn't anything new, government jobs have been welfare for the last 25 years or so...trust me I know.

I should say that not all public employees are bad workers or lazy but my guess is about 35% could be cut immediately because they are 100% dead weight and do nothing. I would guess that roughly 50% of all government employees would be unemployable in the private sector. Likely a grand total of 25% are worth a shit at all and should be commended for doing a great job.
