MILWAUKEE - President Obama excoriated Congressional Republicans on Monday for seeking to stymie his economic agenda, delivering a harsh critique of what he said was obstructionism that put political calculations ahead of the welfare of average Americans.In a rousing political speech before a crowd of Wisconsin Democrats who had each paid $250 to hear from their party’s leader, Mr. Obama called for a renewed effort to push for his economic agenda this election year.
