GOVERNMENT'S OTHER IT WORKFORCE
The federal government doesn't know how many contract IT workers it
employs. Nor does it care, as long as the work gets done. But with $67
billion in IT funds sloshing around in the federal budget, ignoring
the bulk of the workforce iceberg also ignores regulatory, policy and
demographic issues.
