Seafood: Smoked Salmon Vodka Cream Sauce | Submitted By: Fatima
     

Create a very special dinner for two with smoked salmon sauteed in butter and onion, simmered in vodka, then finished with a cream and tomato sauce flavored with fresh nutmeg and flakes of hot pepper. Serve over pasta, by candlelight of course.
