I went to a couple in Hialeah, looking for a good leatherman type knife thing to take on trips and repair luggage and such.
It was useless as a place to buy, as their prices were double the Internet price for no name Pakistani brands. I bought a decent China-made tool for $15.00 later. The admission price was $5.00, only half as expensive as the zoo. The tattoos and the homemade fashion statements of the vendors were easily worth that to see. Lots of possibly deranged guys trying to look even scarier.
Lots of "memorabilia" not to be found on the Antiques Roadshow. Sort of an Antiques Roadshow for the demented, tattooed and scary.
Who would want a counterfeit Nazi Xyclon container? Only $125. At least, I think it was a fake, which leads to why would anyone make a fake one?
