Didn't ask you to.  I asked you to demonstrate how they supposedly don't provide an annual budget plan, akin to how this "900+ days", is just par for the course

I have no idea but i do know they are not required to propose their own budget, they can rubber stamp, amend or modify one that originates from the house.

"The United States Senate Committee on Budget was established by the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. It is responsible for drafting Congress's annual budget plan and monitoring action on the budget for the Federal Government. The committee has jurisdiction over the Congressional Budget Office. The committee briefly operated as a special committee from 1919 to 1920 during the 66th Congress, before being made a standing committee in 1974"

From the wiki:
While the budget resolution prepared by the Budget Committee sets out a broad blueprint for the Congress with respect to the total levels of revenues and spending for the government as a whole, these other Committees prepare the legislation that actually enacts specific tax and spending policies.

So in effect they can take what the President and or house submits and simple create a resolution of agreement.

Which if memory serves is what they did on 4-11-2011 for the FY2011 Budget.

So, in fact, the Senate Dems did NOT produce a budget plan of their own, which prior to the 900+days, they had been doing annually, year, after year, after year, after year, and instead just rubber stamped someone else's on 4/11/11, for the FY2011 Budget

You don't know that and certainly haven't provided back up to that claim.

I'm comfortable with my recollection and current facts of the matter.  By all means, you may refute it, if you can

If you are comfortable making claims you can not prove when asked, that's fine with me, i am sure your peers will keep that in mind when you make other claims based on recollection.

But since you asked for refutation here ya go:
