This is a charity that gives bicycles to very poor Africans.
In some parts of Africa a bicycle is unobtainably expensive, and once you get one you can't find parts and tires to maintain it.
This seems like a good idea giving not only a few bikes butr also holding seminars on maintenience.
An unbelieveable amount of human effort is expended carrying water to the home and produce to the market, a bicycle can reduce the time and effort by half, freeing a farmer or his wife to work their farm better and perhaps make a better home.
Extending the range a person can travel also opens up the potential for education , the real key for reducing the grip poverty has on a family.
