san Francisco basicly half-assed it`s effort to lure the museum there and the nimby's were complaining the whole time. Chicago very aggressively fought to get the museum made there. but since no ground has been dug that means L.A. might get a chance now. George is very well known to be very repulsed by nimby`s so other cities may have a chance.
