I remember this from years ago, it happened in Iraq and we discussed it here, the longer version allows one to see these guys seem to be hiding RPGs .
The issue at the time was that there were some news outlets showing only the part where the guys get shot like fish in a barrel, not the bit that shows that there was evidence of military weapons in their hands.
