Wilson's pistol held 12 rounds in the magazine.  If he also had one in the chamber, that would make 13rounds.
Brown was shot 6 times, pretty much debunks the claim "He most likely stopped when he had fired all his bullets."

Thanks C, though, we also must be aware, that according to the evidence presented, Wilson fired 10 rounds, thus missed 4 times, still leaving him 2 or 3 rounds in his pistol.  Still debunks the notion that he just kept firing until his gun was empty, since math is apparently not the professor's strong point

Maybe after the tenth shot and seeing Brown lying inert in the street he decided that was finally, enough.

He may not have been fired, but he DEFINITELY will not be working as a cop in Missouri ever again.

Of course the pistol is going to be fully loaded.  Outside of Barney Fife, EVERY law enforcment officer is going to start his patrol with fully loaded weapons

The fact is that the Mayor of Ferguson will do everything possible to prevent another shooting of Ferguson citizens by its cops. They will stop trying to run the city by overticketing the people of Ferguson to pay their salaries. They will no longer be paying Wilson to be a cop in Ferguson. And when elections for city officials come up, expect MAJOR changes.

Other similar police departments will be put on  notice by local merchants that huge messes like what occurred in Ferguson NOT occur in their towns.

The riots were a direct result of the racial animosity that messers JJ & Sharpton spew on a massive media scale, and helped right along by Holder & Obama. 

ALL of which have been refuted by the facts, the Grand Jury conclusions, and now even the DOJ accepting the fact this wasn't racial

Ferguson is far, far more important than one spaced out kid and one cowboy gunslinger cop.
The kid is dead, the cop is no longer on that beat, and that ends that.

What is important is what has happened as a result, and no, it is not related to your opinions of Al Sharpton.

This statement you got exactly right.

This is why it is significant that four of the wounds were not debilitating, one may have been and one was definitely fatal.

It is also significant that although during the fight the range changed , all of the wounds are on the front.

It makes it seem unlikely that retreat or surrender was happening, at least not while the bullets were striking.

I feel pretty confident that none of the wounds that were less than fatal happened after the one that was.
