Guess Who Wants To Be Exempted From The Minimum Wage Increase?

According to this LA Times story, unions in Los Angeles are actually asking for some kind of waiver or a loophole from the proposed minimum wage increase. Because - GASP - being forced to pay their employees more is actually going to make it harder for them to operate!....Ha Ha
