People are good, sometimes.

Other times they get in a snit over baking wedding cakes.

But no person has actually invented malaria and aedes mosquitoes, bilharzia, elephantiasis, Guinea worms, cancer and Altaheimers. I don't think there are any weapons manufacturers attempting to invent such evil.

It is nice that God exists so that people who perform such decent acts don't have it go to their heads.

Did you know that the Soviets had a large program to weaponise pathogens? They had a lot of it enough to make Saddam in his heyday seem a piker.

Of Course Imperial Japan had a laboratory for experimenting on germ warfare, England did too , but the English were using guinapigs as guinapigs , the Japaneese were using people .

Makes one appreciate how good Richard M. Nixon was when he unilaterally abolished our bioweapon and poison programs. We had so much nerve gas on hand that  the destruction of it required more than thirty years.

When Man plays God , we make disease also , only more virulent and quick.

I am pretty sure that the US duplicated the Soviets in every weapon they tried to create.  I am glad they decided to end germ warfare and get rid of poison gas programs.

Still, the US refuses to sign an accord outlawing land mines.
