(a) loses Iowa;
(b) loses New Hampshire;
(c) falls behind Sanders in the national polls and Donald Trump or Ted Cruz in the head-to-heads?

Biden may be the nominee.

I am confident he is being prepped in case dysfunctional Hillary is indited and/or fails miserably.

I'm not a lawyer, but based solely on what happened to Patreous for a fraction of what's gone down with Clinton's e-mail disaster, her words in the last debate surely have a credence to them....no one is too big to jail....even a Clinton

  So...

D) Indictment by Justice department, conviction and incarceration?

I really do not expect this , but I shall endeavor still to never discuss things that may be classified on e-mail or websites, I do not have the clout to avoid jail.

Indictment should be a given, since the Federal Law in this instance, doesn't require intent
Conviction should also be a given, based on what she swore, in a Federal Investigation she didn't have, that we have now learned she did....in spades
Incarceration is almost nil.  Not only is she a Clinton, she didn't "intend" to commit espionage or pass any secrets to the Chinese.  She was merely grossly incompetent and reckless in trying to hide all her actions and connections from Congress, while SoS

Now, if the investigation leads to some serious misuse of her position of SoS in connection with the Clinton Foundation....well, then the sky;s the limit with possible jail time

  This seems so much like two sets of laws , the ones regular people have to learn and obey , a weaker set for the elites.

Indictment should be a given,
Conviction should also be a given
possible jail time

SIRS is you are correct and Hillary Rodham Clinton is indited and she drops out of race
then I predict they will try and go to trial as quickly as possible
because that would allow Obama if she is convicted to "pardon" her before he leaves office.
She will serve no jail time...with a pardon being her "ace in the hole".
