I wonder if they could change the content of a site harmfully?

Instead of making a site unavailable , perhaps they could add an extra hypergolic ingredient to a bomb recipe, or paste the FBI terrorist reporting hotline phone number as a recruiting contact?

Most of these are in code so it's a lot easier to shut them out then to figure out their code. We can't exactly say it's easy to know how they think.

The better the sites are protected from Anonymous, the less accessible these sites become to prospective recruits.

So this becomes a hard contest for Isis to win.
