And now we learn that the former State Dept employee, who ran Clinton's IT and set up her perfectly legal and nothing nefarious private server, has pleaded the 5th.....OVER A HUNDRED TIMES?!?  This from the fella that was granted full immunity for his testimomy

   He can loose his immunity this way.

    This is not behavior explained by his guilt or his innocence , this behavior is explained by his fear of Hillary Clinton.

You have no fifth amendment right to protect another person with your silence.

If given immunity such that your testimony cannot be used at all against you , your fifth amendment right is fulfilled by this immunity, but this immunity is lost if the testimony thus given is silent or false.

If this guy has a lawyer ,the lawyer needs to tell him better how this works.
