I`m starting to look for work again. I`m living proof the saying just get a better job is only said by idiots. they really don`t know what they're talking about. I despite I`ve been able to get work I`ve never ever gotten  the normal way. By all rights i`m should never ever of gotten jobs. this gives me a unique perspective how hard it is to find work.

we're having trouble getting people to come to work because they are making more sitting at home vs working
if you add state and federal COVID benefits.....it is more for them
not good because we actually need a couple of them back
applicants that I had interviewed before COVID and wanted the job, now don't respond
most likely same reason....dumbass gvt paying people equal or more than they get if they work
why should anyone get MORE money from gvt vs working?

I get more on unemployment but still rather work. Im almost  proof it`s very dangerous to  stay on it. it increases the chance the job might go away. i use that money to pay my bills and save the rest because of the shit storm we`re living in. it`s not like i`m going to travel.
