I suggest that American products are not hard to find at all, provided you buy them USED, in a thrift shop, or yard sale.
Or from Craigslist.
This works for most everything except cutting edge electronics. Even if you buy a used Sony or Samsung, no foreign power benefits, because you bought it from an American.
