Since 2001, the comic "Snuffy Smith" has been penned by John Rose who also happens to be the political cartoonist for our local newspaper. Apparently, he gets the two confused occasionally. Today was (as in many places) election day in our local area. We were electing some state legislators and a clerk of court. If you read today's Snuffy (which is apparently not available on line) you can see the influence. The bottom line, per the Snuffmeister:
"If ya only got one vote, why waste it on a politician?"
