Everything Clinton started was over and done with by the day he left office.

His intelligence on Serbia was precise and right on the money. They told him that bombing would cause Serbia to withdraw, and that is exactly what happened, with practically no casualties and one guy who had to eat some ants.

Contrast this with Juniorbush, whose intelligence was bad, whose implementing the war was awful, and whose successor will have many a headache undoing all the mess he started.

Score: Clinton 3, Juniorbush 0 or worse than 0, since he will not have finished his war by the time he leaves office.

She is well educaed and has experience running the Whitehouse.

She knows how to handle Al Gore.
She takes a firm stand along side whoever she is talking to.

She can raise money from Chinese and Jews alike.
She ain't gonna be satisfied with cooking cookies.

Also, a conservative friend of mine on the RNC, who shall obviously remain nameless due to this afiliation, said to me the other day that he wished the Presidential election were over NOW and Hillary was in office since The War is killing most Republican office seekers. He wants The War stopped NOW in order to help not Bush but The Party.

Makes sense, in a bizarre sort of way...
