if you notice the guy taking a bow is the same guy in the beginning of casino royal
but not to be technical but those guys are free runners not parkour.
theyn overlap so much it`s really hard to tell
I prefer parkour over free running
but no matter what It still a pretty cool thing to do
I wish I knew those moves when I was young though
it would save alot of injures
ex. those guy are landing in a very smart way
using the whole body,not the legs to absorb impact
