======================
We should beware of any candidate that uses the words "Commander in Chief" even after elected. This is another way of their saying that they think the presidet is some sort of Mussolini-type Il Duce. Romney is looking worse with every passing day, except for his hair. But Edwards still has far and away the best hair.

If the Senate approved a treaty that was unconstitutional , should the President be bound to it while the Suprime court considered it?

The prescident is an old one , according to treaty , most of the land between Atlanta and Chattinooga belongs to the Cherokee tribe , but no executive since Andrew Jackson cares to enforce the law of the land as it is actually written.
