What exactly are you saying?   I have seen little complaints about anyone defending minorities.  Aside from a few liberals waaaa wahing about racist America and people pointing out the stupidity of that...most are just voicing an opinion on the fact they don't/do want to see a Democrat as President.

Again, I don't care if Obama is a nerf, I don't like his parties platform.

OK I read it.

Should we really try to find out which minoritys are better risks to give loans to?

I didn't mind that article tho , the causes are complex enough to make it unfair to cite a single cause or a small number of scapegoats.

It isn't uncommon for one culprit to try to escape blame by asking some other culprit to accept extra blame.

Most of the recipients of subprime loans were not minorities. Many were people who were flipping houses and the price drop caught them unawares and they were stuck "upside down", owing more than anyone would pay. Zero-down, interest only loans should never be issued to anyone. Some were what they called NINJA loans. No Income No Job

That is probly true , but it is a partial picture , there were several problems that were involved an emphasis on one sort of bad loan doesn't excuse another.

yes!!!
this is exactly what everybody should be talking about
minorities are to be blamed talk only distracts us from the true subject
and when I say everybody I mean people outside of this forum also.
despite how much news is on this subject.
it doesn`t really explain what is going on.
this is a very very large issue

I agree that minoritys, as such, did not cause this problem, poor business practices count most.

poor business practice is a very poor term for this subject(no Offense)

I can`t even describe what to call this.
greed doesn`t cover it enough.

I don't think greed causes a problem by itself , when it leads to poor business practice , then it causes problems along with .

Greed harnessed with good rules pulls the wagon.
