Indignation and profit too.

Although Limbaugh wanted $12.95 million for the Upper East Side apartment, he still comes out ahead on the deal. The conservative talker paid less than $5 million for the place in 1994.

7.95 mil. in 17 years

pretty good investment as long he didn`t pay half a mil a year to maintain it.

I think he is getting eleven.

That is still better than double.

Do you suppose he did spend half a million a year to maintain?

That seems steep , but I have never had a home in a big city.

I said half a mil as a number which he would lose money selling at this price

7.95 spread to 17 years is around 470k

not judging rush, but looking at the picture made me think I would never buy a place like that( if I was able to). I`m much too simple for such finery. I consider staying in a best western high living.

I think it is safe to say that Rush is not a normal person. He seems to have something to prove to himself. "Look at meee! I am richer than God and control the Excellence in Broadcasting Network! I flunked out of college and millions listen to my opinions!"

It is the same drive that causes guys like Rev Wright and Pat Robertson to build huge mansions and mega churches.

And if anyone criticizes you for being a shameless show-off, you can say that they are just jealous.

I`m not gonna lie, i don`t have any problem with that at all. I only became a non-fan when I became one of his targets (unemployed) he stop becoming entertaining after that. every once in awhile Try to listen to his stuff and still can`t stomache it.
