Pasta: Microwave Macaroni and Cheese | Submitted By: Kristin Gowin
     

Use your microwave to saute onions and butter before tossing the mixture with cooked pasta, milk and cubes of processed cheese. One more stint in the microwave will melt the cheese nicely, then you can season to taste.
