I blame my upbringing.
I grew up with people who have no trouble doing this and believe it`s the right thing to do.
back home the concept of pets has been downgraded afew levels.

Kimba...it is horrible the way we treat animals in food production.
I must say when I think about it...it makes me sick.
But I also admit I love the taste of beef and chicken.
So I keep eating it knowing I am contributing to this horror.
Of course as is normal....ying/yang comes into play
and we are "punished" for this horror by all the health
problems of eating high fat diets....so yeah we
treat the animals like shit....but then by doing so
we are burdened with terrible diseases & health problems!

too be honest i don`t eat that much beef or meat in general. I`m really trying not to sound judgemental. but we got too much meat in the markets. I don`t mean healthwise, I mean companies produce too much . I`m not really sure demand was ever that high for beef.

but then I think beef tasted better 15 years ago.
